PageMaxAir provides custom compact digital page layout design and template creation services (Services).
1.1 Cancellation and Refunds
Clients may request cancellation of Services within 14 days of purchase if no substantial work has begun. Refund requests are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. Alternatively, clients may opt for Service credit or transfer of the Service to another party upon written agreement.
1.2 Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, including one-off consultations and hourly design work, become non-refundable once work has commenced. This policy ensures fair compensation for the time allocated by our design team.
2. Info Products
We offer digital guides and tutorial packages focused on compact digital page layouts & templates (Info Products).
2.1 Refund Policy for Info Products
If you have not downloaded or accessed the Info Product within 7 days of purchase, you may request a refund by contacting us via Contact Form. Refunds are issued within 5 business days to the original payment method. Once the Info Product has been downloaded or accessed, no refunds are available due to the immediate nature of digital delivery.
3. Physical Goods
From time to time, PageMaxAir may offer printed template sets or branded merchandise (Goods).
3.1 Returns and Refunds for Goods
- Goods must be returned in original condition within 30 days of receipt.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Items that have been used or personalized are not eligible for return.
4. Payment Terms
All fees are due upon order placement. You agree to provide valid payment information when placing an order. Payments are processed securely.
